Systems & Strategy Planning:
We start by understanding how your business operates and where support is needed most. From admin systems to leadership strategy, we help set up the tools, structure, and workflows that keep everything moving. Hands-On Implementation:
We step in to steady the day-to-day and shape the systems behind it. During this phase, we’re organizing workflows, building out tools, streamlining communication, and creating structure that supports the people doing the work. It’s hands-on, detail-focused, and designed to create breathing room where it’s been missing.
Refinement & Delegation:
We gradually transition ownership of key processes back to your team. This may include leadership coaching, improved onboarding processes, or delegated task systems; all designed to free you from holding everything together.
Handoff, Reporting & Optional Support:
We deliver clear, usable documentation that’s built to last. Final SOPs, workflows, and systems are handed off in a format your team can actually use and maintain. We've personally used both devices and they each offer great features and capabilities depending on your preferences. There are many good and not so good things about each device, but here are just a few of the things that stood out for me.

Digital Business Card:
Linq or Ovou
If you or your client attend networking events, these are convenient and easy. Yes, you can create free digital cards on Canva and if you have an Apple phone you can now share your contact info easily, but with these cards you have the ability get contact details so you can identify and follow up on leads and connections. Most importantly, less expensive long term because you do not have to re-order business cards. We personally prefer Ovou because of the one time payment and the quality of a personalized business card.
Freelance Business Banking:
Lili Banking (Pro) or Found
Both offer great options and are alike but depending on your preferences either is great for starting out. I currently use Found because it's an all-in-one banking for FREE. There is a paid version but with the FREE version you get a lot. For instance, you have the option to have taxes set aside from your income placed into a free tax savings account, creates a Schedule C for you, and allows you to track your expenses for tax write-offs. You also get a free business debit card.
Office Organization & Supplies:
Temu or Amazon
Amazon is a great fast resource for supplies but if you have time to spare, Temu is also a great resource for inexpensive supplies. You can find quality products & US vendors on Temu like post notes, pens, note pads, keyboards, & desktop organization. Why not curate your home office to your needs & wants?

Navigating social media is overwhelming especially if you're new to the realm. We've found this site very helpful in helping understand Instagram as a whole. Membership is inexpensive and you get to a free trial to decide if you like the club or not.
